In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the zs333 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or utilising any feature of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zs333 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zs333 platform and close your account. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an active account with zs333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zs333 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Registration by persons under this age is prohibited and void ab initio.
• You are accessing and using the Services for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of the Company or any affiliate, subsidiary, game provider, or payment processor associated with zs333.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by zs333 or connected responsible gaming databases.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may all be suspended and their balances forfeited.

To access real-money Services, you must complete the zs333 registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), and a valid email address where requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

zs333 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued play are permitted:

• Valid national identity document (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Clear photographic selfie holding the identity document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered account)
• Proof of source of funds in cases where transactions exceed thresholds determined by the Company

zs333 reserves the right to suspend account access pending successful completion of identity verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on zs333 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

By making a deposit you represent and warrant that:

• The funds deposited are legally owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
• You are not using a payment method belonging to or shared with another person without their explicit consent.
• You are not depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

zs333 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees levied by your bank or mobile money provider are your sole responsibility. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your zs333 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has completed identity verification (KYC) to the level required by the Company.
• There are no pending investigations, compliance reviews, or account security holds on your account.
• The withdrawal amount does not include bonus funds that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal is made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Company's finance team.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during banking hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to network conditions.

zs333 does not impose platform fees on withdrawals. The Company reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to delay processing for up to 5 business days pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Large withdrawal requests may be paid in instalments at the Company's discretion.

zs333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each individual promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

General bonus conditions that apply across all zs333 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Progress is calculated on eligible games only — not all games contribute equally, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from award date). Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Bet Size Restrictions: Maximum bet sizes while wagering through a bonus may be restricted. Breaching maximum bet size rules during bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse & Multiple Accounts: zs333 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or reverse any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being claimed fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

All casino games available on zs333 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the mathematical algorithms embedded in the certified game engine and are not subject to any manipulation by the Company or its personnel. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel for each title.

Sports betting and live cricket markets on zs333 are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Settlement of bets is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets). In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, the Company's decision on the correct interpretation of available information shall be final.

The Company reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed malfunction, or software fault has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the player's account.

Players are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the zs333 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to participate in any game, sports market, or promotional activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious transaction activity through the platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward zs333 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering new accounts under a different identity.
• Placing bets on events in which the player has insider knowledge not publicly available.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings, and where appropriate, reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

zs333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. The Company recognises that for a minority of players, gambling may become harmful, and it takes active steps to provide tools that help players maintain control over their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered zs333 players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits which take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased without a mandatory 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount a player may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic account logout after a specified active session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which access to real-money play is blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion (minimum 6 months) from all zs333 Services. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to register new accounts — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any content from the zs333 platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data by zs333 is governed by the zs333 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with it.

Key data processing activities include identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring for AML compliance, and service improvement analytics. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zs333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game outcome information, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose. System maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

In any event, the Company's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total deposits you have made to your zs333 account in the 12 months preceding the claim or PKR 50,000.

You may close your zs333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

zs333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected or detected.
• A regulatory obligation requires the Company to cease providing services to a particular player or jurisdiction.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs333 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute, the player must first submit a formal complaint to zs333's support team via the designated complaints procedure. The Company undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through internal complaints handling, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under the Company's gaming license.

zs333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation.

The effective date of these Terms will be updated at the top of this page whenever a revision is published. Your continued use of the zs333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
